Plagiarism and its Discontents

Yesterday I discovered that all the blog posts I've been writing for a client for the better part of a year--under my own name and copyright--have been lifted by another blog. With no acknowledgement of authorship--and including the graphics I bought and paid for to complement the text--oh goody!!

I've written a Cease and Desist Notice; we'll see what happens. I'm definitely using this experience in my fiction somehow.
